Personal Attention Leasing — Maintenance Programs
Our customers receive their equipment in road-ready condition with current Federal and Preventative Maintenance inspections. Once the trailer leaves our yard, our customers can choose the maintenance plan that is the best fit for their operation.
Net/Net Rental and Lease
No tire wear or brake wear charges! Customers are responsible for maintenance of equipment during rental and/or lease term, including lights, brakes, tires, air lines, PM and annual Federal inspections, etc. All we request is that minimum DOT requirements for brakes and tires are met at termination.
Maintenance
PAL performs routine maintenance of equipment, Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at PAL locations (exceptions will, of course be made for our customers outside the immediate branch area).
Full Service
PAL will be responsible for mechanical and tire failures which are not due to negligence of driver or third party vendor. This is service is on a 24 hour, 7 day-a week basis.
