PAL’s objective is to help our customers succeed in their business
by giving them the attention they need no matter their size.

A Break From Corporate America

After 13 years of working for a major trailer leasing company, I decided to leave “corporate” America and create a company that could give “personal attention” to every customer. In March 1993 Personal Attention Leasing was incorporated to take care of the needs of every company whether they need one trailer or a hundred trailers. PAL’s objective is to help our customers succeed in their business by giving them the attention they need no matter their size.

The Personal Attention Goal

Personal Attention Leasing has grown into seven different markets, spreading the goal of “personal attention” in the transportation business. We have two slogans at PAL. The first is that “we will never lose a customer that we didn’t want to lose” and the second, “if you ever have a problem call me — because if I can’t fix the problem it can’t be fixed.” By implementing these statements into our daily operating procedures we have eliminated layers of management and achieved our goal of “Personal Attention Leasing.”
